THE T3 TRAINING METHODOLOGY
This diagram provides a high-level view of the Van Daele & Associates T3 Organization Development Design (ODD) Train the Trainer System.. The three-stages of our training methodology build a comprehensive picture of the needs, distinctives and training processes needed to meet your company's culturally specific training requirements.
STAGE 1 : PRELIMINARY
- Identify training needs through needs analysis
- Conduct a gap analysis
- Determine the characteristics of trainee(s)
- Conduct needs assessment
- Define the training objectives
- Select location of training
- Select the delivery method
- Decide the training methods to use
- Develop the training materials
- Test the effectiveness of your training prior to go-live
STAGE 2 : TRAINING
- Prepare trainees to learn
- Present the training information to the trainees
- Practice what is taught
- Evaluate the learned skills and knowledge frequently during training​
STAGE 3 : POST-TRAINING
- Evaluate the training program
- Evaluate trainees' performance to determine permanent on-the-job changes
- Reinforce the training program in word and action in your company's culture
