THE T3 TRAINING METHODOLOGY

This diagram provides a high-level view of the Van Daele & Associates T3 Organization Development Design (ODD) Train the Trainer System.. The three-stages of our training methodology build a comprehensive picture of the needs, distinctives and training processes needed to meet your company's culturally specific training requirements.

STAGE 1 : PRELIMINARY

  • Identify training needs through needs analysis

  • Conduct a gap analysis

  • Determine the characteristics of trainee(s)

  • Conduct needs assessment

  • Define the training objectives

  • Select location of training

  • Select the delivery method

  • Decide the training methods to use

  • Develop the training materials

  • Test the effectiveness of your training prior to go-live

 
 
 

STAGE 2 : TRAINING

  • Prepare trainees to learn

  • Present the training information to the trainees

  • Practice what is taught

  • Evaluate the learned skills and knowledge frequently during training​

 
 
 
 

STAGE 3 : POST-TRAINING

  • Evaluate the training program

  • Evaluate trainees' performance to determine permanent on-the-job changes

  • Reinforce the training program in word and action in your company's culture
